i have auto payment and i had to cancel my credit card and am waiting for a new one. my payment is suppose to go thru before i get my new card… will my phone stop working? what do i do

You can also purchase an electronic voucher from recharge.ca but they will charge you a small fee.

once you've bought the vouchers, you can dial 611 from your cell phone to add them to your PM account.

Hi @joseecowan321 you will need to buy a voucher and load the voucher in your account before payment due. Get the voucher from Shoppers drug mart or Shell

Yes, your service will stop working if you don't make payment on time. Please purchase a Public Mobile voucher to make your payment. Those can be purchased using cash at various convenience stores.
