I do not receive the verification to my email or phone and because of that i cant get in to my account what should i do

If your services are suspended make a payment thru the 611/IVR system or by calling 1 855 4PUBLIC and entering your 10 digit phone number to pay with a voucher or the card on file if you know your 4 digit account PIN #. Once reactivated you can recieve the 2FA verification code via SMS text to your phone.

Is your account in suspension? Fior supsended accounts, the 2FA code can only be received by e-mail. Check your e-mail spam box and check that the Public Mobile e-mail address isn't being accidently blocked.
