Cant get throu to make my payment calling *611

HI @Scott6   can you login to My Account ?  

 

If you have trouble logging in My Account, you can either try to reset password or submit ticket with PM CS Agent for help to reset 

 

Please submit ticket at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

You can also log into your self serve account to make the payment.

 

There you can make a one-time payment with a credit card or Visa/MasterCard debit or enter a payment voucher.

Try calling 1 855 4PUBLIC and enter your 10 digit phone number. You may have to try calling 611 or the preceding number a few times for it to work. There is an ongoing issue at the moment with accessing tbe 611/IVR system.
