I need to make a payment on my account. I cannot access my account because I do not know the password. I have tried resetting the password but have not gotten an e-mail nor a text.
Is it possible for you to use the credit card on file to make the payment?

Are you registered for autopay? If so then it will pay for your plan. Otherwise you can purchase a pm voucher and load it via 611. Read this post...

@Lor1 , by chance does your email address have an alias format (e.g., myemailaddresss+suffix@gmail.com)? I have found that alias formatted email addresses with the plus sign is not receiving 2FA codes and so this issue could be related to password reset.

@Lor1 you can make the payment with *611 if you know the 4 digits PIN
if you don't, then open ticket with PM Support and have them reset the password:

**Start with typing "Forgot Login Information", click "Contact Us", click "Click here to submit a ticket".

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there
