My old credit card expired so I got a text from public mobile asking me to enter new credit card information when I clicked the link it took me to the sign-in for My Account  where I signed in and brought me to a page that said "Good afternoon (my name) let's complete your activation" it gave me two options resume activation or go to log in page obviously I clicked resume activation but when I did so it brought me back to a log in page and asked me to reload in but when I loved in using the same email and password it told me that they did not match and it's the same cycle over and over again how can I either fix this or submit my new credit card information another way

How to change credit card on phone app

Download the app from the app store if you already haven’t.

Sign into your app.

When your app opens you’ll be in the My Account tab. You will see a plus button at the bottom left above the My Account tab. Click on it.

The next screen you’ll want to click on Manage Subscription.

The next screen will give you the option to change your credit card information when you click on Manage Payment Method.

There you will be able to enter a new credit card and expiry date. Click on Save and you're good to go.

Click on Sign Up if you haven’t registered your account on Eversafe ID before login.

you never login since EverSafe was introduced?  I don't think the EverSafe has link your My Account properly yet.  You will need to submit ticket with CS agent and they can help

try clearing system cache and cookies and use incognito or private tab.

Also try on desktop or laptop.

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
