I have been trying to update my credit card expiry date for several days & I just keep getting the same message. What is the solution?

have you tried using both the web-based service as well as the Public Mobile app to do this?
If not, try the other.

@ATP there have been some posts about payment update difficulties in the last couple days. Wait 24 hours and try again using Incognito mode
if you need to pay urgently, get voucher from SDM/London Drug/711/Shell and load the voucher using*611

Hey @ATP
Apparently a lot of folks are having issues. Some say wait an hour to try again, some say after the hour clear your cache and restart your browser, some say wait 24 hours. If you're still having problems, reach out to a CS Agent for help.
Best to reach out to a CS Agent to fix it.
