Do you have a new renew before date from now? Or is it still showing the earlier date? Are your services working?

@igweanthony83 if your services are working just ignore the message. the renewal process will show expired, suspended and then active in your self serve.

@igweanthony83 You need to apply a plan on the list after you added the money. It won't restart the previous plan automatically.

@igweanthony83 Is it renwal day? If your phone works, ignore the message. Is the money in the Public fund account? If it's more than plan cost, it'll be ok.
