I'm set up for preauthorized payment and this month it didn't work. I signed in to re-enter my credit card info and it still won't process. Says opps! error, try again later. My credit card hasn't expired, so I don't know why payment won't go through....

HI @Danna1   If you tried more than twice, there could be a fraud lock and you need to wait an hour first and login again using Incognito/Private/Secret mode

 

if you need to reactivate the plan quickly, get a voucher from Shoppers Drug mart in person or online via Recharge.com or ding.com, then load the voucher via *611 or on My Account

you might want to wait a full hour before you try again once using Incognito mode

 

if that does not work, and you remember your 4 digits pin, try using *611 and pay the amount due to resume the service
