payment management update error

oops. something went wrong, please try again later. is the error when trying to update CC info. 3 different devices 3 different browsers & 2 different internet connections. must be the website

I am aware however It was working on my end, when the OP said it wasn't on theirs. After enough waiting, it did eventually load and allow me to update my card details using the below link myself.. 

Something different may work for everyone, I'm just offering a solution that isn't incorrect.. this may work for them, and it may not but it doesn't hurt to mention.

This thread isn't about long site loading times. The payment change request is generaating an errror message. No amount of additional waiting without making another payment change request would fix this.

It is working on my end, you just have to be very patient and let it load for a loong time..

try again using Incgonito mode. 

Make sure you type in the information for each box and do not use Auto Complete at all.  Someone mentioned this helps

And while PM does not send address and name info to post payments, make sure name and address found on a profile page match those on the credit card. (On profile page click the pencil besides Account Name to check the address and name info )
