i cannot update payment info through website or app. been trying for months. service has been temorarily suspended. *611 payment doesnt work either. 

i have a 5G subscription plan & am currently using a 4G phone. Assuming I can only get 4G speeds, which is fine for the moment. What should my 4G speeds be. I'm thinking 50 Mbps max & usually 30Mbps on average according to speedtest.net is a bit low....
