i cannot update payment info through website or app. been trying for months. service has been temorarily suspended. *611 payment doesnt work either.

You can purchase vouchers to restore your account then call 1-855-4PUBLIC from another phone to check the status of your account and enter the voucher number and pin if your account is suspended.

Vouchers can be purchased from 7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway or Staples

If the system can’t find your number then your account is closed due to nonpayment for longer then 90 days.
