Hi,
I got a new sim for my son and activated the sim and number yesterday. The line does have text and data included but only calls work. I tried the sim in several phones, reset the network but nothing works. I cannot send or receive texts and I cannot use data on any phone. I verified the APN settings with my own and they perfectly align but nothing wants to work.
Appreciate any help you guys can give me.

Let me add a bit more context. I switched my sim to my son's phone and it worked, so it's not the phone. His Sim in my phone ALSO does NOT work. Again no data, no texts. the SMSC is aligned between my phone and his. so config-wise should be good.
