@Jp12 Are you still trying to make a payment? Did you try with a voucher as already suggested which gives you time to sort out the payment card issue?
BTW, everyone responding here are fellow customers and can only offer advice/suggestions. For account access help, you need to submit a ticket or private message to CSA's (customer support) using the links already provided earlier.

@Jp12 - too many failed attempts could have temporarily locked your card in Public Mobile's system.
Now that time has passed try again, but before you do clear your browser's cache/cookies. Or, open a tab in incognito mode, this method can help with finicky things on websites.

HI @Jp12 you just putting a new card there?
the name matches what is on the file?
Also, for the address, put in exactly what it shows on the statement, include the cases.
You can also try to open a ticket with CS Agent and ask them to try to put it on the system for you:
Click on the Bubble or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
- start by typing : Contact CS Agent
- then Click "Contact Us"
- then Click "Other"
- finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
- you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

You could get payment vouchers at retailer like 711, Shell Gas stations or Walmart..then dial 611 to add them to your account.
