Is there any way to view payment history older than the past 12 months? need to see my payment history from jan-dec of 2022. really appreciate any help, thank you

Public mobile will have to send you that by way of a statement.

Follow the directions provided by @softech to reach a customer support agent and make a formal request for a 2022 account statement.

Many others make similar request for taxation purposes, and public mobile will fulfil this.
