I had problems last payment. Payment was accepted but I was getting no phone use. Some one suggested that I take sim card out of phone and then put back in. That fixed the problem. This month same thing happened. So I took out SIM card and put back in this time it did not correct. What do I do now

Maybe it is not SIM but your phone?
Can you try your SIM an any other phone?
Can you try to clean contacts inside the phone and SIM's contacts?

@drmcat  Can you try your sim in another phone, and also try another working phone's sim in your phone?  That will help narrow down whether it's a sim problem or a phone problem.
