What are you paying with CC or vouchers?
Other option is to dial 611 or 1-855-4PUBLIC and pay over the phone with your CC or voucher.

@shutup, you might be experiencing caching issues with either the app or the site as both can do the same. Try using a different browser or use incognito mode or try clearing your browsers cache. For the app, try going into your phone's settings and clear cache and then log back in

Trying using the PM app instead of browser. I find it works better for payments and cc information updates.
