hello. I tried to reset my password, all seemed good. went to login, didn't recognize new password. maxxed out login attempts. Please help. Thanks.

And you should not have to clear your browser, use a different browser, etc... I have many password reset options on many services and this is the only broken one.
I do not mind self serve... is the self serve tools work.

@pjminns hi did you try clearing your cache and cookies or try a different browser in ingognito or sercret mode reboot and try again also try a different device if one is available

close all browser and tried use browser from computer, clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,

if you already tried Reset Password and fails, please open ticket with CS agent and they will reset it for you
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
First type: "Forgot log in information"
Then Click "Contact Us"
Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

@pjminns You can try waiting an hour before retrying to reset the password but clear your browser cookies/cache and use incognito mode or a different browser.
