Could anyone help me to reset my password? My old password isn’t working . My was switched to new plan from old so no access to 611

FYI: even posting to a specific moderator just goes to the "pool" for distribution to any available moderator.

The password reset function has been a hit and miss thing for as long as I have been here. You will need to message the mods.
- PM Phone Number
- 4 digit PIN (if you don't remember this then they will need at least 3 of the following to verify your identity
- account number
- date of birth
- complete address listed on account with postal code
- email address on account
- most commonly called number
- alternate number listed on the account
- last payment date and amount
- last 4 digits of the credit card
- Detailed explanation

If the reset password function still isn't working you will need to send a private message to the moderators
