Hi,
I am waiting more than 2days after replying private message but nobody takes it. So I am still using Fido sim.
Am I PM customer or Fido customer? my porting issue is existing more than one week and still not fixed.
I am paying both Fido and PM but actually I am Fido customer because PM didn't fix until now and I don't know when PM will fix my issue.
Please tell me whether can be fixed or not. if not I will return back to Fido again.

Thanks for Mery_M's good supporting and I can solved my issue now.
Almost It has been long journey for me and if first step was correct then It would be fixed very quickely.
After I gave my Fido account to Mery_M then Porting problem was fixed.
Anyway, I am happy now my issue was solved.

thank you so much for taking the time to reply.
After going through your messages and your account, I can see that the Fido port still has not processed. As a matter of fact, they state that the PIN provided is not valid. In order for a port to go through, we must resubmit it with the correct information associated to your old service provider. Would you be able to call Fido and have them validate the account number and PIN# associated to the account? Please send it to me via private message

hopefully the mods will look into it today. if you replied then you should be in teh queue.
@CS_Agent are you able to confirm that you received the reply to @cornan99 private message, and can you give an estimate on when you might get to his port issue.
@cornan99 mods are pretty good at resetting the clock for porting issues. so you will only pay for one service not two.
