my account is locked and cannot sign in, it asked me to try the next hour and even 5-6 hrs passed by still getting the same problem, even i kept resetting the password a number of times as well.
The chatbot is absolutely useless.
Just wondering how to get help from real live Customer Service rep. ?
I had to create a new account using different email for sending this message. Thank you in advance.

Are login to your account online or the PM app?
Try the other option if you are locked out on one. Also make note of your login email and password so you won't run into the same issue in the future.

it could be just a browser cache problem. Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)
if same, then please submit a ticket with CS Agent by direct message:

you need PM to sort it out. Since you cannot login, you won't be able to open proper Chatbot ticket, so just message them
