@scapper1 Telus owns both PM and Koodo. This came about when the big 3 to get around a CRTC  competion ruling. Enabled the 3 tier service model.

1. Telus - Koodo - Public Mobile.

2. Bell - Virgin - Lucky 

3. Rogers - Fido - Chatr

Yes PM is owned by Telus. Telus also owns Koodo.
