Public Mobile does not accept payment via the above method. As the payment would have been made with a reference to a non-existent account number, it's up to Telus Integrated Communications to provide the refund. It's not something that Public Mobile can assist with. With the exception of being owned by the same parent company, this isn't different than sending payment to some other company by mistake that you have no relationship with. The reason that it isn't Public Mobile Mobile that would help with the refund has to do with how the funds were never sent to them.

as said, PM support has no visibility to payment that gone into Telus account. If you are confident the money did not go to your PM account or any of your Telus account, you can contact your bank for a chargeback
but if you really want to ask PM support to check first, please submit a ticket

Telus told me to contact public mobile aha, and public mobile told me to contact telus

sorry, Public Mobile support has no visibility to Telus account or payment.
You can either contact Telus and try to see if they can find where the payment gone and refund.

Or a quicker way is to contact your bank/credit card and ask for a chargeback.
