I purchased an add on and it shows up on my account but I still can’t use my data… need to get this resolved asap

Did you buy the correct data add-on? Canadian data and rather than US roaming data? What is the name of the data add-on and how much you paid for it?
And check if you device data limit is on or disable it first and try again
