when the Community was upgraded couple years ago, we were able change the Community name ourselves. But I think it was only good for a week or two. I messaged CS agent, I was told the Oracle team suggested to have it removed as it was abused. From my observation, that function was "tested" too many times by the "beverage" member and his so many accounts

The option was never actually supposed to be available unless you're someone who works for Public Mobile or if you're an oracle.

generally you can't
but if you have a valid reason, then ask PM and they might help
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:
