Stopped serving yesterday, here is copy/paste from my Overview page:

Yes, I do receiving incoming calls and able to exchange texts, now I'm using your hint to contact mods.

Thank you very much for your help, there is no min counter on my Overview section. I've summed outgoing mins manually (mins could be found on Usage History tab)  and got total between 82 and 83 mins  from the payment day up to yesterday. Having no idea how to count mins properly, may be mins each time rounded up to the nearest integer and only then added to the total.

You cant make or recieve calls or texts???

Contact the mods, click on the "? in the lower right corner...folow the prompts to I want a hiuman.

Can you receive calls?

You should consider getting on autopay that way you should have data that would make it possible to transfer calls and not to mention your bill would be lower.

You can purchase talk add-on for 5, it's 1c/min and will never expire until you use it up

Having no idea how to count mins properly, may be mins each time rounded up to the nearest integer and only then added to the total. yes if someone picks up your call and hangs up right away. that counts as 1 min. and also calling your voicemail uses your outgoing min as well

 

@almercu hi it seems you may have used your 100 outgoing mins. can you login to your self serve and confirm you are showing 0/100 in the "overview" section. if you can't see any counter for mins, then you've used it all up

 

to purchase more min there is an add-on for $5 500 min Canada wide. if you decide to purchase the add-on take note that it's a 2 step process:

  • select the add-on and it will add funds to your account 
  • go back and reselect the add-on and apply

@almercu  try these tricks to reset your service. Try in order:
1.Restarting your phone. Turn it off, remove the SIM card, reinsert it, wait 5 minutes and restart it.
2.Putting your phone on aeroplane mode for 5 minutes. Take it off and restart.
3.From your self service account enable the lost/ stolen feature log out, wait 5  minutes, log in and take it off. Log out and restart your phone.
