i tried paying but it says my account is suspended but i changed my card information

@rithu, if the account says suspended, that is not something to worry about (at least not first). Were you able to make a payment? Doest your account show a balance? If there is a balance, and the account did not reset automatically, you will need to contact a moderator via private message, so that they can fix this for you. If you have not yet made a manual payment, do so (once only). This might re-ativate your acount.
