Just leave the money there for your next payments.

@jace0000 if still having difficulties with SIMon keep typing "Agent" until you get the option to "Click here to submit a ticket" option.
Public Mobile Representatives customer support agents (CSA) can be contacted by either two methods, found here:
1-SIMon
2-Private Message
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent
But if you are not in urgent need of the extra payment funds, you may be best to leave the funds in your Available Funds area and they will be used first upon next renewals (as @BKNS27 already mentioned).
May be less of a pain to do it this way.

'Get Help' is at top of screen. Try something like account balance or something like that in the chat window. there should be an option to open a ticket.

thank you, where is the Get Help button. So far I can only reach a robot and it doesn't understand "overpayment"

You must have tried putting in a payment but you clicked it twice.
The overcharge will remain in your account as credit that will go to next month bill.
A refund will take up to 30 days to process…same time as your next bill payment.
If you are really tight for money, you can contact a CS_Agent for a refund via private messaging or create a ticket via SIMon Chatbot on this Community page.

@jace0000you would need to contact customer service rep. Click on the Get Help button/link and follow the steps.
