overcharged payment in January

pollypublic
Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

My account was overcharged in January.

I am a loyal customer for two years.

The January payment deducted from my visa card was $16.95.

My plan is $ 15 per month.

I have been paying $ 12.43 since I use the Public phone plan.

I should have the referral credit ( $1) , Loyalty credit ( $1) and autopay credit ( $2)

Therefore my monthly fee should be $ 12.43 as previous months, like October /November etc.

Please review and reimburse the overcharge to my account.

My monthly fee from January 2023 onwards should be $ 12.43.

Your immediate attention is appreciated.

@pollypublic

I would certainly get in contact with a CS_Agent to look into your Rewards issue by SIMon Chatbot or private message on this Community page.

We are all members like you so you will need to contact them directly.

Did you possibly use the lost/stolen function before this last renewal?

Did you change the old reward program to points system? If you change it, then the charge is correct, If not chat with Simon for overcharge, if Simon can’t help, he would let you submit a ticket.

@pollypublic   any chance you have migrated to the new Reward system Public Points?

Login to My Rewards site https://www.publicmobile.ca/myrewards  If everything is referred in points, then you are on the new rewards system

On the new system, you no longer getting loyalty reward and Autopay reward.  Instead you will get 5% back in points and 10 point anniversary rewards on your anniversary date.  You need to collect to 15 points to redeem for $15 bill credit
