overcharged issue

i have funds in my account and it automatically paid the monthly payment today.

when I check it, it says there's the amount due. I'm so confused

@Jesscyx   it depends if you have any amount in the Available Fund in My Account

So, if you see a future due date (likely June 3rd  if your account just renewed today) and your service is working and Account shows Active, you don't have to worry about it now   🙂

is the status showing Active?

PM is a prepaid service, so it is absolutely normal if it show a Amount Due before date to an a future date, and Payment for next cycle shows your plan amount.

The amount due is always your plan price minus balance. If your services are working then you're all good.
