overcharge on autopay - autopay rewards only received the first month.

Autopay $$ more than statement amount shown.  Only the first two months had autopay $2  reward applied.  Although the statement shown only  $23 and autopay award has applied.  It was not true --- I checked with my credit financial institution, it confirmed public mobile actually charged $25 + taxes, no errors on the credit company.  Should I cancel the autopay, or cancel the service, if company not act on good faith?

Thank you for your clarification on overcharging matter.  I shall talk to my friend regarding the referral code.  Thank-you 🙂

@athenaroddick

If you just activated your first payment on your credit card will be $25+ tax $3(12% bc)=$28

Your second payment if registered upon activation with autopay ($2+$2=$4) $25-$4=$21+tax ($2.52)=$23.52

Your third payment (without the $10 bonus referral credit) will be $25-$2=$23+tax($2.76)=$25.76

Your friend can log into their account and look at the top right corner of their overview page and find their referral code. It has a mix of six letters or numbers. Be careful not to confuse a zero with an "O" or a one with an "I". Contact the moderators and explain your friend that referred you didn't know where to find their referral code and could they please add it now?

$25.76

My plan is $25 - $2 = $23

should be $23.52

There is discrepancy between statements and autopays.  Public Mobile charges more than the billing statement.  .

Thank you for your response, I will try and see how it goes.

I did, The statement said $23 but continue charging credit card $25+ taxes.

Not happy with company do not honor its promotion.  There is no referral reward because the person refer me was a loyal customer, although with Public Mobile for a long long time, there was no code for them!  So we won't get the referral reward.  Amazing how they do business.

@athenaroddick

Maybe screenshot your payment history page for the last couple of months.  That would provide some useful information.

@athenaroddick :I say don't cancel anything and stick with Public they don't act on bad faith, just write to moderator to fix any payment issues you have.

 @athenaroddick : What was the exact dollar amount on your payment card?

Hi @athenaroddick

If you have a valid payment card registered, the auto-pay discount will apply from the first renewal (i.e. 30 days into the service).   The first renewal will capture the first cycle $2.00 auto-pay discount + the first renewal auto-pay discount, for a total of $4.00.

The initial payment on activation is going to be the full $25.00 plan amount + applicable taxes.
