A little more info is needed.... 

1. What is listed as the vendor on your credit card?
2.  Have you just activated or gone thru renewal?
3. Does anyone else in your family have an account with pm?
4. How much was the charge?
5.  What is in your payment/ transaction history of your self serve account?
6. What is the date of your renewal and your plan amount?

@sashasmom Is the charge by Public Mobile?  Do you have extra accounts that use the same card?  Check your Public account for extra balance.

What does the charge say?

How do you know if is from PM?

Have you checked your payment history in your SELF SERVE account...does anything show there?
