ordering sim, but want the current promotion offer

Hello, I am looking at the offer that is going for $40 with 4.5 gb. I want to order the sim cards online, however, I am afraid by the time I get them this promotion offer may be gone. Is there anyway I can guarantee having this offer still when I get my sim cards?

As @will13am said, Fall Promo 2016 was so popular and such a mess that Public Mobile promised at that time, all customers who orderes a sim card during the promotion would be eligible.  Problem is Public Mobile doesn't keep tracknpf which sim cards are sent to which customer.  This opened things up for abuse, and to my knowledge, all you needed was an online order number.  When that was announced, I believe that widespread orders of sim cards started happenning  (did yhe promise happen during the promo?), and people started holding on to the sim cards just to resell the plans.

Since, the promotions have been only linked to activaton date.

Back in the 2016 fall promo days, they were very generous with SIM card shipment delays.  In the final days of the promo, they even did special issued SIM cards at major cities.  Fast forward today, there are retail partner options and the promo terms are clear that it's too bad so sad if a SIM card shipment is late in arriving.  At this point, the best option is actually to go to Walmart or London Drugs to take advantage of the $25 account credit plus free SIM card.  Otherwise, I would not worry about the $40/4.5GB deal disappearing for a while.  It's back to school season and the competition has a similar offer.

Generally no although you can always argue your case with a moderator but there's never a guarantee.

I think the only way to guarantee receiving a SIM would be getting one yourself at a participating retail location (Walmart, London Drugs, etc).

No if you don't want to risk it go to a London drugs, wow mobile, or Walmart to purchase a sim
