Tried to submit a ticket, ordered an Iphone 8 that was supposed to be in great condition. Not so much the screen freezes on it all the time. What a ridiculous platform, how do I get this ticket to submit or is it just rigged that way so you can't and not get any help or be able to return or use the supposed 1 year warranty. Only received the phone 2 days ago and set my son up on public mobile with it as I have been a customer for several years and had no issues with the service. First time ordering a phone though won't do it again.

@Lutes2018 - are you first logging in with your Community Account credentials, and the later it may ask for your My Account credentials.
If still issues, choose the 2nd method in the above link to submit a ticket.

I have the same problem with a refurbished iPhone 8+. Supposed to be in great condition too. It's so much work to get any answers from Public.
