order new sim but do not get any order number

i ordered a new sim on 22 September but do not get my sim till today. how to track my order.

they should be able to get that info just using your name and address you provided when ordering the sim.

 i want to raise a ticket but i do not have any order number. can you please tell me from where i get order number ?

Sim card delivery from PM online could be as many as 3 weeks

However, if  it has been over 10 business days, you can open ticket with PM support to confirm if they got the order and if the sim card is on the way.  They might offer to resend you another one or ask you to buy one form local Telus/Koodo/MobileKlink store and reimburse you the extra cost

it's been known to take up to 3 weeks for delivery of the sim. No tracking provided.
