open new account for family member

I want to open new account for both my wife and mother-law, can I subscribe the sims cards under my account or they have to sign up for themselves?

@wets you need to have separate account for each number. One for you, a new one for your wife, another new account for your mother in-law. Every account needs to have a separate email address, all accounts can use the same credit card or method of payment.
