Do I pick I already have a sim card if I am requesting to transfer a number

Here is what you need to do:
If you are not porting your old number and just picking a new number. Make note of the SIM card number.
The steps must be followed in exact order if you are porting your number over to PM:

@Dave4715 Once you download the public mobile app, it will be step 6. Continue to choose a number or to transfer your existing number just follow the prompts.

You don’t need to pick a number to transfer , unless it’s Koodo pre paid . Then you need to pick temp number first and get support to transfer the number over for you . Everything thing else just transfer number in activation using the PM app . Note after paying for subscription you then have a chance to pick or transfer number over . And just use old providers account number and ignore the IMEI it’s not needed and often causes issues
