I signed up with Public Mobile choosing the physical sim option because I thought the sim will arrive in 2 days. However 2 days passed and I had no card. How do I change the option to ESim so I can activate now?

@Sybilneo hmm, I'm not sure how others have been able to do this then. Which they said they have.

Ok, search your local area to find a Telus/Koodo or moble clinck locations closest to you to see if you can purchase if they have in store. It is $10 instore.

Amazon is 4.99 and quicker shipping.

You can then create a ticket to PM to ask if they can credit you the amount back. No guarantee they will.

I can't get to the Profile page. I am stuck on the "Resume Activation"... which I need a physical sim card.

@Sybilneo  sim cards takes roughly 10 business to be received . Two business days is to leave their office. Misleading I know, I was fooled also. 

If you want to get an esim, once you sign into your account,  click on Profile. It's right there under Manage Eversafe,  Shop Sim card now. Please ensure your phone is esim capable first.
