my public mobile number is not working, saying as " the number is not assigned" how can I solve such problems

Contact a CS_Agent to investigate your problem. It could be a problem with linking your email on your account with the number. An agent can find out.

thanks for responding, I am an existing member, recently , the payment is on time and current, but still I have the same problem, people cant call me, it gives them the number is not assigned, now almost feed-up with public mobile services. I cant be helped , or what could be the last solution?

Did you stopped payment for longer than 90 days? If so, your account will be closed, SIM stop working and your number returned to the carrier you originally got the number from.
You can also call 1-855-4 PUBLIC from another phone and enter your number. If it is suspended then you need to make a manual payment to restore service. If the system can’t find your number then your accounts is closed.
If it is a Telus/Koodo/PM number. There is a chance an agent might retrieve it for you but no guarantee.
