I referred my daughter back in april 2023. After several unsuccessful attempts contacting public i finally was able to get help from a CS agent in August 2023. She said i would start receiving the points but still, over 2 months later i still have not recieived the 1 point every months. I can't seem to recontact CS agent. Can someone please refer me.

contact a CSA using this link...ask to have your file escalated as it's been on-going for weeks...

Ask her to submit a ticket for you and herself and ask agent to check

hopefully you kept the thread of discussions with the customers support agents in your private message box
