hi there,

A week ago on the 3rd of August, I completed my purchase, I ordered a sim card, then a message got appeared, that I will reciev the Sim in 2 days.  And I did not recieved it yet. and sttill the same message is in my account! In 2 days You are going to receive the SIM.

I would like to Know if some problems are happened?

You can now also resort to an e-SIM immediately with an existing Account as long as your device is compatible.

I am surprise that you got an email indicating that you will get your SIM in 2 days.

Members have indicated that they received their SIM up to 3 weeks.

$4.99 on Amazon, directly from Public Mobile with 1-2 Day Prime Delivery. 

Ask CSA for a refund on the one you purchased when Activating after you get the one from Amazon, they will likely be able to give you an Account Credit.

SIM. Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive .if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up .otherwise reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect it . message support directly
