This is my first day with Public Mobile. So far it is working well. But I notice I am not receiving incoming calls. Not sure what else I can try other than reboot the phone. Please help

Hello Major,
this chat came up when I searched for help about not receiving incoming international calls. You seem quite knowledgeable & hope you can help 🙂 I switched successfully (?) 4 days ago. Any suggestions for me?

Hi @sillywall Yes. As long as the account with your old carrier is still active, it should be ok. Many call the team and got it resolved

yes, they open on Saturday. In fact, they open everyday from 9am to 10pm ET

and to answer your question, I replied Yes already. But I think I got an email from PM about something went wrong. I didn't pay attention earlier as I see I can use the phone without problem
