@paul27 - there is more than one way to contact an agent (Public Mobile Representatives customer support agents (CSA)). Check out the Get Help articles and seach "customer support". you find the methods there:

@paul27 try using 4 digits pin to validate instead of username

I think they're pretty good. I've been with Public Mobile for 2 years now and I haven't had any major issues. Plus, where can you get 15 gigs for $40!
