@Alexdkroberts

You activated the Sim card and there have been no working services on the pm Sim card since activation? If so then the Sim card did not provision correctly upon activation. You need to contact customer support either by submitting a ticket via SIMon or by sending private message. Put Sim card did not provision upon activation in the subject line of a private message or choose the appropriate subject from the chatbot prompts. Explain in a detailed message the nature of your issue and expect a reply in the morning now that customer support is closed for the day (hours: 6am eastern to 10pm eastern.) Read the linked post and/or skip straight to the spoiler for advice on how to send an effective private message.

@Alexdkroberts

Has the apple ID been erased from the phone? Software updated and carrier profile updated via wifi or connecting to iTunes?

Have you tried the Sim card in your phone? To determine if it's a device issue or Sim card issue? Have you put your Sim card in the iPhone?

I would fist suggest going to the website devicheck.ca to view the status of the IMEI.

@Alexdkroberts   did you buy it from a trusted source?

first thing to do , check if the phone is blacklisted here:

https://www.devicecheck.ca/check-status-device-canada/

If it is clean, try to Reset All network and see if it works

If still not working, try  putting other active sim cards to see if it works
