Can you please try the following:
- turn on airplane mode and then turn it off and see if you babe service.
Or
- turn off your phone
- remove sim card
- reinsert sim card
- turn on the phone and check if you have service.
If the above doesn't work, please log into your account and check if everything look good and if your account is in good standing.
