hopefully someone can help me. I made a cell call yesterday successfully. I went to make another call and it comes up couldn't connect. I still have internet service. WIFI works ok also. This morning my phone rang once. the phone seemed to dropped the call. when i tried to call back it says Couldn't Connect. I am also not receiving texts. Would anyone have an idea what is going on. My wife is also with Public Mobile and her phone is working Great.
My phone is a Samsung Galaxy A13 5G

Just to let everyone now the problem is resolved. I had restarted the phone previously. this time i did a shutdown and the restarted it and **bleep** worked

@WJSouter it's too early to tell, but it seems that this is an issue affecting alot of people. It doesn't appear to be just you.
You can try to troubleshoot by resetting your networks to see if that will help.

it might be a problem with the system, many posted problem with voice
