hi i tryed last friday to set up a account your system got me all the way to install a esim took my 45 dollars then said my phone was not compatable and to get a refund your chat butt has been taking me around in circles i woul like to talk to a person im 60 i dont want to b lead on anymore i will make this public this is horrible  to do to a person

? i never got a phone number i am working with my bank and at least they call you becouse i went with another company that has a contact number and was not impressed  with how this one does business  i am also going to tictoc posting my screenshots and proof they had there q5 days im done

yes i did it said it was so i went on it went all the way to install sim then said it was not and to get help or ask for a refund i have screen shots of this now i just want my money like i said im done

Hi @Booberry1  no need for lawyer advise for small amount like that, a legal letter will cost you more

if you already worked with CS agent and the didn't go as well as you would hoped for, you can check with your credit card and try a charge back. But with that, your PM account will be suspended immediately.  Do this only if you don't need your phone number back

@Booberry1  I understand your frustration and note we are just customers like you here trying to help . But also remember PM is pre paid service and no refunds . So it’s best to work with support to get account working and find a resolution . Otherwise your just putting  yourself thru undue hardship

yes i did and i did submet a ticket also have sreen shots of all agents and replys have sent them to my bank next im putting them on media and filing a complaint geezus i just want my refund they did not give me what i payed for they took my money if i suffer health problem with high blood presure i will see a lawyer advice there not ripping me off

Did you get to the eSIM installation step?   Either the app will ask for your permission to do it for you, or you can get the QR code to install yourself. 

If you missed the step to install by the app, there is a QR code in your Welcome email.  Open it from a computer, or another device, then use your phone to scan it to install the eSIM profile on your phone.

Once you installed the eSIM profile, (or If you got passed that step eSIM installation step), try to reboot your phone once.  

If it still does not connect and if you have another active sim on the phone, disable those non PM sim (eSIM/Physical sim) using the SIM Manager on the phone or simply remove the physical sim.  

And make sure the one associated with PM sim and your phone number is enabled.
(On iPhone: Settings->Cellular , make sure the PM eSIM is set as Primary on "Cellular Plan Label" and "Turn on This Line" is toggled on)

Then click Reset All Networks on your phone and it will work.  (Please note that Reset all Networks will also erase your saved Wifi and Bluetooth connections, but you just need to add them back after). Also, it is possible you have to reset it multiple times for it to work.

if it still does not work, please open ticket with PM support

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

i have the app it told me to check for compatible  i did it saod it was then i went on all the other steps it got my money etc set up name etc then the last step was download esim then it said it was not compatable and to get help and or  refund and i been trying since saturday to get help

before you install e-Sim, have you ever tested or checking your phone supports e-Sim. I remember, when I creat an account, web suggest me put your phone details into its checking system and give you feedback whether it fits to eSim.

In order to use an eSIM your phone has to be eSIM compatible. Make sure when you try to activate your account you need the Public Mobile app. If you want to submit a ticket to a Public Mobile Customer Service Agent you can click the page below.

@Booberry1  Did you download the app on phone to activate ? Not website all activations need the app . If still no luck please submit ticket with support
