Hello,
I have the $25 plan and the billing cycle doesn't renew till June 27. However for the past few days I have no data outside of wifi. My current usage in my account is 155mb / 1gb.

@stefvanwyk Make sure data is turned on when WiFi is not available. Since your usage shows that you have consumed 155MB in the past then we can assume that your device has been configured correctly.
Or is this a new device?

@stefvanwyk you can try turning your phone off, taking out your SIM. waiting a few minutes. Put the SIM back in then restart your phone. See if that works.

@stefvanwyk To what others said, you also can use lost/stolen feature in self-service for a couple of mins, and then restart your device.

Does your text and talk work?
Try the following:
Reboot phone
Network reset
Toggle airplane mode on/then off.

@stefvanwyk restart your phone. Wait 30 seconds and restart it. Has your data ever worked? Enable data and send an mms text message. Thanks. What happens?
