new subscription plan

I put in to change plan on my next billing date last month. next billing date in mid February. I see the plan I selected is no longer available. ( 50 gig Can-US-Mex for $35.) Does anybody know if that selection I made will be honoured or I will have to pick another plan? it still shows on my account as my next plan. Or do I have to contact customer service

thank you. i scheduled it over a week ago. and it still shows as an upcoming change. I also took a screen shot of this

yes @pvlarry , PM will honour it as long as you already have scheduled it

go back to Change Subscription page and you should see that plan showing scheduled

Hello @pvlarry 

Don't worry about it. If you see it in the upcoming change, it will happen. It will be honored. I would however to protect your own interest is to take a screenshot as proof for your records JUST in case.
