I lost my phone and got a new phone and SIM card. I want to retain my number I have now. It wont let me on self serve

Do you mean you can't log in, or you CAN log in but can't change your sim.

If you lost your phone and you now have a Replacement phone and a replacement Sim then a Moderator is not needed, simply log in to your self serve account and do a Sim Swap onto the new Replacement Sim you got.

@Lieux, ah... i was reading a copy that was yet to be edited it appears.  Sorry about that.

That's why I edited my post with I didn't read well..minutes later...thanks @stonechucker

@Lieux, this is not a porting issue.  This is a replacement sim issue, where the subscriber does not have access to self serve.

It can take 1 or 2 days before the moderator answer your question..you will need to be patient @d24nightguy

You can change SIM's without changing your number, but if you can't access self-serve you will need to contact a moderator here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
