Hi PM, I'm having issues wit the PM network again. The phone signal keeps dropped. Please repair.

Switched to 3g on the phone.It's working fine thanks for your help

Do you have the issue when your outside or is the issue only happening indoors?

There should not be a need to force the phone onto 3G, unless it was set to strictly use LTE.  The best solution is to selecte LTE preferred so that if the LTE signal is weak, then the phone will auto negotiate to 3G.

Have you tried your sim in a different phone? This will isolate sim issue vs phone issue.

I'm in the same location were I always use my phone. I'll try forcing the phone to 3g

Where are you? Is a problem in many locations or just a few?

What is make/model of your phone?

Try forcing the phone to 3G instead of LTE/Auto.
